Asian Pacific American Heritage Month
The American palate for Asian cuisines has grown dramatically over recent years—first Chinese and Japanese, now Thai, Korean and Filipino. At Sunda, we’re proud to be at the forefront of this movement by celebrating all of these nation’s culinary traditions through various items on our regular menu. Each year to honor Asian Pacific Heritage Month, we create a few new dishes that spotlight this region’s rich culinary history in an unexpected way.
